Our IAP Activities Manager (aka Michael Redburn aka @mredburn) is in charge of attributing the prizes. We discussed briefly a week ago about the possibility that prizes originally reserved for the Youth 13-17 contest could be attributed to the Under 13 contest (extending past the third place), but again, he is in charge
