Today while assembling a new pen I dropped the center band on the floor. Being the great dummy that I am, I found it after I stepped on it and crushed it. I called Woodturningz and talked to Patrick, I told him I needed to order another kit and what I had done. He said he had parts laying around and shipped a new center band to me at no cost. This is why I order all my kits from Woodturningz, great people and good customer service.:biggrin:

I've spoken to Patrick several times at Woodturningz and he was always VERY helpful. Especially helpful with a custom 'engraved' wooden pen/pencil box.
