Want to pass on true customer service. I ordered two pen kits from WoodTurningz.com for graduation presents. Someone (me) stupidly stepped on one of the tubes and ruined it. I called he company to order replacement tube and was told they were out of stock. I explained my problem and they pulled a new tube out of a kit they had in stock and sent it to me free of charge. I order all my kits from them now.
