Woodtuningz - Any One Know Why...

I have been trying to get ahold of these folks all weekend
and haven't been able to reach them. Phone calls put you
through to an "all agents are busy leave a message" prompt
and no answer to emails.

I realize it was the weekend but now it is 10:30 AM on
Monday and I still can't reach them. Are they closed on
Monday? Does the "call anytime" have hours? I can't find
any more info on their website.

i have left messages and they return the call with in the hour before.

Not sure what the problem would be today, but they usually return calls promptly. Even have had Ryan return my call on a Saturday before.

Sometimes they are hard to get hold of. I sometimes call and just leave my phone number and they get back to me the same day(if I call early enough). Other times I just keep trying (speed dial helps LOL)
I believe their hours are 9 to 5 Central time- Mon-Friday.

Actually they are in the Eastern Time Zone now.

I usually call and leave a message and they call right back.

we try to answer as many calls live as we can. if we don't catch them live we get back as soon as we can, but we're not open on the weekend. thanks, Fritz

Woops, My mistake -should have checked which portion of Indiana they are in.

If they are busy and dont answer they always return my call later, may take awhile but they have never failed to return call.
