Placed an order on the 16th. Just opened the box today. Even had a refund because they found cheaper shipping for the order. For a Friday night order, and through the holiday crunch, that's a great turnaround.

I couldn't agree more!! I live close to them and had some issues drilling my blanks when I first started out! When I went to get some replacements cause I messed them up, they drilled the replacements for me at no extra charge!! Super super people!!! You won't go wrong doing business with them!!

Those people are some of the nicest people to deal with, great service, and willing to take the extra step. I bought my first pen kits from them, and still use some of their sets.
