Woodcraft Script Click Pen issues

A customer that i had previously sold a Script Click Pen from Woodcraft to, contacted me and said the click mechanism would stick every so often. I looked at the pen and it seemed to function the proper way, but after so many clicks, it would stick in the engage position. Anyone else ever seen this problem? I have sold many of these pens made using this kit, but never encountered this problem. The question is, is it fixable and how so? Thanks for any help.

almost of all my Script's have this problem I have found they do not liked to be droped or banged or dinged they all start to stick so sad

Yes it is sad because it's such a nice pen.
