The saying goes a picture is worth 1000 words!!

Which means our own WIZARD has now exceeded ONE MILLION WORDS!!!

That is correct!!

Doc has now graced the "pages" of the IAP with
ONE THOUSAND pictures!!!
And, for those of us who watch for his early morning turnings, the value of his contribution is, indeed priceless!!

So take a few seconds to express YOUR appreciation for the MANY BEAUTIFUL pens Doc has shared with the IAP!!

Keep em coming, Doc!!!
The IAP is grateful for your fantastic contribution!!

Doc has always been there to both inspire me with his work and to give me direction when I needed it. The IAP is a better place having him here! Thank you Doc, and thank you Ed for posting this!

I always look forward to seeing his morning creations and couldn't agree more with all of the above comments. Congrats and thank you Doc!

Always so much fun to see your new creations Doc! I always like to see what you will come up with next. You really do a great job on everything I see. Thanks for being such an inspiration.

Congratulation Doc on sharing these wonderful pen creations with us. Perhaps part of the secret of your success is that you are up earlier and focus on your creations while your mind and hands are still fresh from the days accumulations. The rest of us are still sleeping :-)Thanks to Ed for starting this thread.Regards Darrell

Doc's photos are incredible! The work and the photography. When people ask me how to get their pen on the front page, I frequently point them to Doc's album and tell them to "take photos like he does!"

I am overwhelmed with gratitude at all of your comments.

I want to thank each and every one of you on IAP whom I have to come to see as part of an extended family. I could not have done this without all of you…especially those that take the time to post, comment, to share, teach and meet as I have had the privilege with some of you.

Everyone puts meaning into pictures from comical to serious… LOL…no pics..didn't happen. But there is a reason for so many pictures in my album. Those images, in moments of solitude, serve as a comfort and place to go when encountering the everyday vicissitudes of life. I can pull up those pictures from anywhere in this world to remind myself of the peaceful and happy times and the quietness of those mornings spent turning…..of what I can accomplish with my mind and hands… and share with friends.

As I give out my pens as gifts and..lol.. ..In the extremely rare circumstance when I sell one or two…I give a part of myself…but they stay in my IAP album…for me to remember…good times with all of you.

Thanks so much…each and every one of you!!

Warm Regards,
Doc

not just classy pictures....

Congrats Doc, thats quite a record! Its been a pleasure watching you grow and thanks for all the early morning inspiration :)

I have also noticed that in a little over two weeks you will have been a member for 3 years!!!

If its calculated at three photos per pen then it works out to 1 pen every 3.2 days

not too shabby laddy :D
