I was so fortunate to win a Baron-sized pin chuck in the Birthday Bash trivia contest (thank you again, Roy). I realized that the Baron and the Jr Gent 1 use the same size drill bits so I'm going to do some experimenting and try to make a closed-end Jr Gent 1 fountain pen. I've never done anything out-of-the-ordinary so we'll have to see how this goes.

Skiprat is quite correct, the Baron is smaller than the Gent, not by much mind you.

Jr Gent uses 27/64 and 1/2 inch
Baron uses 15/32 and 25/64 inch

so the body of the Gent is smaller and the cap is larger
(if my metric/imperial is correct)

Brian, The Jr. Gent 11 is larger but as said by Landon the Jr.1 from Smitty
would work. Your more than welcome, hope the directions I included help.
