As always, superior service, but over Christmas it was even better.
I placed an order on the 23rd of December(the last of their new stock of pen cases). I then placed another order (due to a customer request) on the 24th. Lillian knew that I wanted more pen cases than I ordered, so she dug around, found some more and then called me to ask if I wanted to add them to my order.....YES
On the 26th I placed another order for 50 acrylics.
Because of tracking, I knew my packages were at the my post office on the 27th, but due to the snow storm they weren't delivered. On the 28th two parcels (3 orders) arrived. Speedy delivery.
Then when I checked my credit card, they had refunded one of my shipping fees. I hadn't expected that because the combined box was twice the size if my normal boxes and weighed a lot.
I have been dealing with Bill and Lillian since I started making pens. They are great people to work with.
