Who is it in our chapter that can get the wide, double-sided tape? I would like to order a couple from him.

Check the carpet section of the local big box home store. The tape they use to hide carpet seams is double sided with a very strong adhesive.
 
I sent him a PM, but he hasn't been on the site since 3/25. Hope he gets it.
