G'day
Had a customer who chose these two blanks together, which left me a little.. blank.
Nevertheless, what the customer wants, they get. It reminded me of the joker when I finished it. She absolutely loves it.

Dyed stabilized curly maple and a resin poured by a friend in Queensland which he named black opal dreams.
M14x1.0 triple start, Jowo #6

That might be the colors she really likes - OR, it could be like this: I have met a few people in my life with a form of color blindness that sees colors quite different from most! Purple is a color that some elderly see differently.

You gave the customer what she wanted plus the excellent quality of your work. As for the color/material combination, that is what makes us different. which leaves us with endless possibilities.

Nice.. I like it. The customer is always right. They're happy... everyone is happy. The person's picture? Man or woman. Is that work attire or Sunday's best?

Why do kids dye their hair so many different colors?? Basically they want to stand out and be noticed. Hey look at me!!! Could be same for pen choice. Just saying.

Nice work as always! I do see the resemblance with the Joker colors, but I like it. The Joker will be jealous. The design in that resin pour seems quite unique, too (in a good way).

Hanks right on with his color blindness statement. I can see color but as I've mentioned it here many times about posters putting their pens with similar colored backgrounds (or same color family i.e. pink/red). You want people like me to see your work, don't put a brown pen in front of a brown panel, it all blends into one color, brown. For the most part I can see your work and from what my brain tells me it looks really nice.
BTW- If you'll notice in my picture of myself on top of my name, I'm dressed in blue, everything except my belt and boots. It's a b!t@$, but my wardrobe is primarily brown or blue because I can tell the difference in the colors. My wife picks out my wardrobe and makes sure I don't leave the house looking like a fool with bad colors. While traveling on business I had to have my cloths numbered so that I could make my cloths match.
Nice pen!
