It's a PSI kit. Although I'm fairly sure its the same as the Elegant Beauty that Aaron sells and the Aero from CSUSA with the exception of the clip.

The Majestic Squire is a PSI product , part of the Majestic line of pens . I don't know if any of the PSI resellers are carrying it yet but it is available from PSI directly .
Mike , this is not the same as the Elegant Beauty kit , it uses a 3/8" tube .
