Who posted the wine stopper

I am trying to remember who posted that wine stopper that had the twist mechanism in it. I don't know if that makes sense but you almost turned it like a pepper mill. Any ideas?

It was Fangar. I think the guy who produces the stoppers is Ginter? I have a PDF tutorial that James did that I must have got from this site.
