Where can I buy White Diamond? Been to 2 auto parts store, wallmart, Truevalue & Tractor Supply. No one at any of these places has known what I was talking about. Is there an outher name for it?

Well, You may have to run to downtown Austin, but I believe most welding supply/metalworking supply shops carry some variety of white rouge. If you get over to the west side of Houston, Texas Knifemakers Supply carries a wide range of buffing supplies. Check their catalog online.

Last resort, sears has a generic white rouge bar. I've used the same one for at least 2 years (but then I don't buff much)

Home Depot , it has another name but it's made by ryobi and comes in a blue tube and it's "white rouge buffing compound" . They are a little expensive , about $7 for a 4 oz stick but convenient .
