I am about to pick up the Beall buffing system and curious to know which waxes are used on the third wheel and why. The carnuba bar comes with the kit, Ed Davidson uses Ren Wax in his video for bottle stoppers and I know many here are fans of TSW. I pretty sure its not a good idea to mix waxes, so do I get multiple wax wheels or is there not much of a difference. I will be using this for both wood and plastic pens.

Carnuba wax BUT put it on at like 1200 RPM or less I like to put it on at 700 to 800 any faster and you NOT getting wax on your wood it is just throwing it off ! Ren wax is a wipe on wipe off and a wheel is NOT nessary ! BUT you can wipe it on and wipe it off then use a CLEAN wheel and shine it a little more but it is not nessary really a waste a time IMO and from LOTS of experiance !
