Which Locktite?

Someone recommended that I glue in my top cap with Locktite.
It seems there are many types of Locktite glue...
What are they referring to? CA or something else?

The one recommend for bushings and bearings. Red in colour but can't recall the number. 691 sticks in my mind but I could be way off.

There's a red and a blue, but the dispensers are both red. Here are the numbers: Red is 271 (permanent or more permanent than blue). Blue is 242.

The red locktite is permanent and makes a pen almost impossible to disassemble. The blue will release with slightly more persuasion than a tight fitting component.

Blue is plenty strong for me. Sometimes it is a bit stronger than I had planned it to be.

Purple 222 is for small screw thread. We use it a lot for fasteners 1/4" and smaller
