Where can I find 8th in aluminum sheet?

1/8" is awful thick to find in the roofing department.

at most any Home Depot and Lowes - they sell miscellaneous metals like that in a small bin on the "hardware" aisle

I'm not sure the big box stores will have 1/8" sheets, however they're likely to have 1/8"x1"x3' flat stock which may work.

See if you have a Speedy Metals company around you. If not you can order it online with them. I picked up 2 12x12" sheets for right around $10.

Also, I have 1/8" aluminum, not much though. How much you need?

I've had luck finding aluminum plate at the local metal recycling center...they charge by the pound. Paid 0.95/pound for some half inch aluminum last week.

Online metals carries all most any metal you want as well as plastics. And they sell in small amounts as well.
