Where to obtain Jet Mini parts????

Anyone know any third pary vendors websites that have parts for the Jet Mini? The power switch on one of mine is stuck in the on position and I need to order a couple of switches. (for now DC remote works like a champ in place of it).

I can't find anything on the WHM or Jet websites anymore for the mini's as far as parts go.

Worse case I'll just take it out and get the specs from it and get a better than original replacement.

I took the switch out of my Jet mini VS and brought the switch to a local electric supply company. They had the exact switch I needed to replace it for under $5. Just remember to mark your wires so you know which go where.

Here are a couple of things you can try.

1. There have been many posts about problems with JET mini switches and apparently they get dust in them and fail to work. You can disassemble and clean them and get them to working again in many cases.

2. Some folks have reported finding a replacement switch in the electrical department of Home Depots.

3. Visit the JET web site and see if the have a local repair facility close by.

4. The Jet web site sucks!! Call customer service and they can find what you need even though nothing appears to show up on their web site.

5. Buy a few pieces of electrical hardware and make up your own little switch box and then wire around the problem switch.
