where to get tsw

Im getting ready to do my first show (next weekend)I came across an old grinder and turned it into a buffer..I want to shine all of my pens up with a quick coat of tsw but cant remember who on here sells it..and can it be shipped to PA in time?
I have never tried tsw but it seems that everyone that tries it likes it..any suggestions
