Don't know about commercially but check out your local installers for remmants from countertop installations. Needn't be "corian" as any of the solid surface materials will turn with a little care.

..you can order corian samples from Dupont directly (not cheap, but all colors are available) or go to ebay, there is some always on sale or go to a company that makes those counter tops and ask for cut-offs...
