Where can I get a Solitaire pen kit?

I got a request for a Solitaire pen. From the picture the customer sent me, it is the same as the Craft Supply Zen except the cap screws on.

Mike, I saw some of Aaron's finished pens at his shop and it is a sharp looking kit.
