Whatsit spigot part?

I've got a resin project I'm in the middle of and I'm trying to piece together this liquid epoxy delivery system I've imagined. To deliver the epoxy bubble free I need to suspend the delivery vessel (2 qt pitcher) overhead and drain the epoxy from the bottom leading it down to the mold via a small vinyl tube. The one part I can't source yet, or even figure out what it's called, is some kind of through-hull spigot that lets me tap into the bottom of the pitcher and outputs to a barb that'll accept something like a 3/16" ID vinyl hose, or some frankensteined adapter part progression that accomplishes the same. Any idea where I could find a spigot part like this that'll do the job?

The picture is made of plastic and I'll be putting the tap in the bottom where it's flat.

I don't know of a small version (3/16"), but a 1/2" version is widely used by homebrewers. Here is an example on Amazon Link: Horiznext npt 1/2 homebrew ball valve kit stainless steel weldless bulkhead for Home Brewing Kettle. I suppose you could replace the 1/2" pipe to 1/2" hose barb with one made for 3/16" hose like this one: LTWFITTING LF Brass Barbed Fitting Coupler/Connector 3/16" Hose Barb x 1/2" Male NPT Fuel Gas Water.
