What's the OD & ID of 7mm pen tube?

I'd like to buy some bulk tubing online, but am away from my shop and can't take the measurements. Can anyone please tell me the exact OD and ID of the 7mm tubes we use for pen-making?

Order them from woodenwhimsies. in 10" lengths.
