Here is a little item that has saved me a lot of time over the six months that I found it and ordered it.

In use. You screw either the nut on the bolt portion or the bolt into the nut portion. It is Model#PH404-0002It covers#6,8,10,1/4 thru 1/2" fine and coarse
covers metric M4 thru M12. M10.0,1.25,1.5 M12 1.25,1.50,1.25 are probably the ones pen makers use the most.
