What MTfor these 2 lathes

Assuming the worst and I have to order a new inverter for my Powermatic, I thinking about purchasing one of these two Harbor Freight lathes to get me by until the inverter arrives. Does anyone know the MT for the HF 8 in. x 12 in. 1/3 HP Benchtop Wood Lathe or the HF 10 in. x 18 in. 5 Speed 1/2 HP Benchtop Wood Lathe?

Monty; According to a post on pipemakers Both head and tail stock on the 10 x 18 are MT2.

But the spindle is listed on the HF site as 3/4" but pipemakers says it is 1" x 8 TPI.

This is only hearsay as i don't have either lathe.

The 8"x12" pops on and off the website and it says it's only sold in stores but I have never seen them there after they discontinued them maybe a year ago and then brought them back with a different color and cheaper price.

Oh and its the one have and love it for pens.
