What European blanks to look for?

Hi all,
I'll be in the Netherlands and Switzerland soon, and want to bring home some local blanks. What woods should I be looking for, that I couldn't find here in Canada? I'd love to find lime (tilia) wood like Grinling Gibbons used, for instance.
