What blank for Majestic Junior?

I have ordered 2 Majestic Junior Black TN/Platinium roller ball pen kits. This is my first for these kits and would like to know what is a suitable blank - wood or acrylic that will enhance the kit.
Any tips that I should know on turning them will be appreciated.

Choice blank

When I make the Majestic Jr., I like to make it look as classy as I can. I consider this an elegant pen. Any nice burl with multicolor, such as Amboyna is great. Also, a rich solid color, like desert ironwood....my two cents....Allan

Hi, i`m sold on wood burls for pens like the Majestic and local woods like walnut are a good choice.

My sales of Emperors have all been resins. (Could be because I only SHOW resins)

Burgundy, dark blue and Black (with the gold kit). I have not used the Black Ti -- I would try Alternative ivory.
