We just lost another family member.:frown:

Our Nephew was killed yesterday on the way to work, he was in a hurry and lost control of his truck and rolled it and was ejected and killed instantly, the police said if he would have had his belt on their would have been a chance he would have survived the accident..

52 days ago, his brother was killed the same way, he lost control of his truck rolled it he was ejected and killed when the truck rolled on top of him.

The only difference between the two accidents was the first brother was drinking at the time of the accident, the second was not, they even had the exact same types of trucks from what I understand. First was in Baird, TX, the second was in Midland, TX

What are the odds.

Wear your seat belts... You never know.

Sorry about the losses, but Seat belts do help a lot of the times, too bad some feel they are a nuisance, I lost a good friend and student, the same way.

Danny,
My condolences to you and your family... to loose 2 members in less than 60 days is a real tragedy.... as for seat belts, my second Corvette came with seat belts... and even though they weren't the law yet, but I started wearing them mostly to have a place for them so I wouldn't sit on them... I've worn mine so long now, I'm not comfortable in the vehicle without them.... I found myself putting the seat belt on the other day to move the truck from the garage around the house to the shop...

It doesn't end there.

We found out last night, the nephew that just passed his wife's father passed away from cancer yesterday morning, this poor kid is getting hit from both ends. So Sad :frown:

Man sometimes it makes you wonder what God has in his plans for us.

Thanks all for your prayers.
