I purchased all of these from ebay and etsy mostly. Already parted out.Cool! Where do you source the watches and what do you look for?
I highly recommend Ebay as a source. You can find parts broken down like this but I would also suggest look for whole watches. I say this because many times you may want to make a watch part pen with atheme and rarely will you ever find watch dials in piles for that. They are usually basic dials. I have stopped buying bulk parts and now buy specific watches. believe me whatever you can dream of there is a watch made for it. One of these days I will get back into making watches and will show you just what I mean. I have in the past shown some themed watch part pens already but I have soooooooooooooo many watches. I sold boxes of watches over the years and recently sold a bunch all in all 4 boxes with each box having at least 300 watches in them I had a guy show up and he saw one box and next thing he is buying all of them. His words was he has no idea what to do with them because he was not a crafter and surely not a pen maker. I told him I have 4 people lined up to buy if he did not want them and I did. I could not even get all boxes listed on FB market place and they were sold. This is just my opinion and a valid one from someone who make watch part pens. But ebay is your source for parts and whole watches.Cool! Where do you source the watches and what do you look for?
