I drove up to Indianapolis to have lunch with Mike and Linda (Indy Pen Dance), Chuck (dalecamino), and his wife Suzanne. Chuck is visiting one last time before he heads back to Sun Shiny Florida:island:. It was a warmy 22 degrees today. Had a wonderful time and some very entertaining conversation. JohnnyCNC was gonna come but had a family emergency this morning. Hey Chuck don't forget about the less fortunate up here that are somehow surviving this miserable weather:wink:.

I am quite happy to report that Chuck will continue his visit up here in the frozen tundra for another week. Why happy you ask? Why were are under a weather alert through Wed. for 10" of snow and 1" of ice.

We think he should truely appreciate his new digs in southern Florida.

BTW, I got to meet Suzanne on Friday. Chuck, she is a real jewel. Hold on to her.

:crying::crying::crying:I wanna go home now. But I need to see more of my friends here first. So, I'll just have to tuff out the storm that's coming.

Thanks Ernie, for making the trip up here again and, for sharing the knowledge. Those blanks are super cool. Mike and, Linda I have appreciated your posts for a few years now and, I feel honored to have spent the time with you today also. For me, visits are always too short. Thank you, for bringing those very special pens. (masterpieces made by a master) Yes, Susanne is the best friend I've ever had. I'll have her for as long as she will have me. Thank you!

I regret John wasn't able to come and, was dealt yet another hardship. Hang in there John. I'll be calling soon.

Thank you for the visit friends!

I sure wish you would not have mentioned that weather report:eek:. We have thrown our hands up here. It looks like Beruit in the streets here with no place to put the snow any more. People are digging out what reminds me of igloos to put their cars in and you better not take their spaces. War breaks out. The thing I fear the most now is the weight on the roofs. With a wetter snow and ice on top of what is there will certainly spell trouble for many. This winter is in the record books for sure.

Ernie, chuck and Mike, it's nice to see you guys met up and enjoyed a visit. As for the weather, well that I don't know since they say this year has sure been weird for many that not even used to get snow either.
John, I am just praying that those roofs will hold up since any caving in in that kind of weather would have devastating results. Lets all hope that we will get a break form it all soon.
Mike, I sure envy your hair man, I think I got mine tangled up in the lathe and pulled off, you enjoy it while you have them.

Looks like you guys had a great time and good weather also.
Ron, I'm still planning on that cup of coffee. I'll give you a call.
That sounds like a great time. I hope you are kidding about a storm moving in..I'm heading down that way in about an hour.
Be safe Jeff. They're talking up to 2" of ice. Susanne wants to drive to Rushville to see her son. Guess I'll find out how good I am behind the wheel. If it's too bad, we won't go.
