I am looking for about a dozen volunteers to help with the prize distribution during the bash.

Qualifications: It is best if you have time to watch the IAP forum each day. Each person will have prizes assigned to "follow". When that prize is won, you will contact the winner, by PM and get her/his name and shipping info as well as an email address. You will then contact the prize donor and arrange for the shipping to the winner.

But, your "task" is not final, until you hear from the winning member that he received his prize. (This can easily run into March) So, some patience is also required.

Each "volunteer" will receive about ten prizes to distribute. Please PM me your email address, if you are interested and I will send you a "letter attachment" with more details. You CAN say NO, after reading the letter, if you wish.

I hope to find folks who will enjoy this, not just do it as a service to the IAP.

WOW - There must be a TON of prizes for IAP Members to win during the BIRTHDAY BASH!!!

I am still accumulating email addresses, so everyone above has not been forgotten.

IF you would like to join the "Magic Team" (we make prizes appear), just PM me your email address and I will add your name and send you the "welcome letter". After you see what's involved you can still decide you don't want to do it!!

Thanks for all who read this---if you don't have the time, that CERTAINLY is understood---just be sure to be here when you can so you win a few prizes!!!!!!!!!

(Members of the "Magic Team" WILL still be eligible to win prizes in the bash---Mike Broberg said so!!!)

It's a 1997 Word Document (.doc), so you should be able to open it even if you don't have Vista.

UPDATE:

Thank you to all who have volunteered!!!! The project is still a "go", but with the snow in Racine, I have been "otherwise occupied" trying to help Dawn keep up to Exotics and run our other business.

Saturday I will be sending the rest of the information to those who said "yes" to my "Invitation" email. So, don't think you are "off the hook" because I have not replied!!!:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

I have been assembling the information on the vendors, primarily, so you will know WHO to contact to expedite the prize deliveries. It is nearly finished, so I expect all will "come together" on Saturday!!

Thanks for volunteering----we will "get it together" soon!!!
