Are they the same or do I have to get specific wall street 3 bushings

They are different.

Outer diameter for the II are 0.474 and 0.381 whereas
the III are 0.551 and 0.523

The Wall st 3 is the same as the Sierra Vista and use the same bushings . They are larger then the standard Sierra and clones .

As I understand it, all the cigars incl the ultra all use the same bushing except for the Bowtie Cigar which have different bushings.
