I ordered a 2 inch sanding kit from Vince to go with the 3" set I had. While using the kit some grits were not sticking to the pads. I called Vince and he went above and beyond in my opinion. There are 5 pads of each different grits in the kit, Vince sent me packs of 25 of each grit. I talked with him last Sunday when he returned my call and the new sanding disks were in todays mail. Great costumer service
