The city of Moore Oklahoma today was devistated by an F5 tornado with 1,000's of homes and business's destroyed but the worst part is it tore through an Elementary School and we're hearing 20-30 children possibly dead . I consider them my neighbors as we're all part of the OKC metro aera. Thirty square miles destroyed. A sad day indeed.

Roy: Our prayers are with you and Dee, and your friends and neighbors! We all to often must ask "why" and just as often, receive no acceptable answer!

I'm Georgia born and Georgia bred.

BUT, tonight I'm an Okie! God bless and keep the good people of Oklahoma.

Tonight Georgians, as I suspect many others, are praying hard for god to grant peace and courage to the people of a great state.

I was watching it one Fox news this morning... The destruction is unbelievable! My heart goes out to everyone effected by this monster tornado - especially those who lost loved ones.

I have a niece in Norman, her son - my grandnephew in Moore and another grandnephew in Glencastle.... finally got in touch with my sister (mother of my niece) and found out that all are safe. My nephew in Glencastle lost a tree and his bar-b-que grill but nothing else... it's pretty devastating from all the pictures we've seen on TV... sad but fortunate at the same time that only 24 lives lost.
