UV Protection

I am doing some picture pens and I was wondering if there was any way to add UV protection to the poly resin? Or even to CA glue? I sometimes use my inkjet printer to print the decals and ink jet ink will fade over time in the light. I j ust thought UV protection would slow this down or prevent it.

This has been discussed before. Most good UV protectants use solids in the solution to block the UV light. That does not work well if you also want to see through the finish.
I have tried Armour-all because it is clear and claims good UV protection, but it is tough to get any finish to stick to the Armour-all.
