USPS price increase for Internationals?

Hi,

Just been looking at the new increases for USPS international services. Seems that Priority FRB are going up horrendously!

Does anyone have any further info on this?

Wow this really sucks!!

I did some digging and found this ... http://www.prc.gov/Docs/85/85329/Notice%20CP2013-3.pdf

If I read things right [on PDF page 119, labelled as page 108] it looks like a small flat rate to Canada will be $19.95 up from $12.95 ... at the current price it was sometimes hard to justify a box of blanks, now it'll make it really hard to justify!

That's a ridiculous increase! Especially with a £8 handling fee this end.
Getting towards courier prices

Gonna have to make sure the boxes are rammed full when ordering now!!
 
I ship snake blanks to a couple of guys in the UK and have started using first class/first class parcel (can't remembe which it is called) which is about half the price and deliver time is just as quick. I also receive kits for a couple of UK members and reship them and do the same. Often, first class is cheaper than priority flat rate box and no slower on delivery time. Can't comment for shipping to other countries.

I have also started shipping in the US using first class instead of the priority flat rate...cheaper and just as fast.

Do a good turn daily!

When some people say we will have to pack the boxes now.That won't work either because of the weight limits that they put on the packages.
