I know we have covered this issue before. We sent about three hundred and fifty dollars worth of antler pens to a fellow I work with. Our income is such that we need to watch every penny we spend and went parcel post, again. This time the box is really lost.
No point to this message except for all of you to be wary of how things are sent. I know that this was not smart on our part, that is why it "smarts" so badly. :at-wits-end:
No need to discuss, just passing it along.

that sucks!

not that it's entirely comparable, but the USPS just lost my DMV renewal, which meant that I had to go TO THE DMV for 3 hours last week, and THEN pay the late fee for our registration. I know that eventually they will deliver the original renewal, and I'll end up paying twice. ugh. USPS.

but when they get it there, they usually are the fastest gig....

Don't just complain to the counter people ... File a formal complaint. Then they all have to get involved with the process. The form is available IF you ask for it. They hate written complaints and therefore certainly do not usually offer the form to you.

BTW, heads roll all over the place with the written complaint!
