Unique PSL Blanks - Shop Cleanup Kits & Blanks - MFRB of blanks
I have a few parallel strand lumber (PSL) blanks for sale. I have not seen this material used in a pen before (except for what I made), so here is your chance to get this unique stuff. Here is an example of the a pen made with horizontal stranded PSL:
Parallel strand lumber (PSL), like all laminated materials (such as plywood), is prone to delamination if turned aggressively. I have used this material in several projects successfully, so it is turnable. There are a few voids in the blanks, so along with the delamination tendencies, CA glue application during turning is what I have used and recommend.

Some blanks are pre-drilled, and a few are pre-tubed for 7mm pens. I have enough for 3 MFRBs containing a random assortment and I'm asking [strike]$70[/strike] $60 each, shipping included. Each box will contain at least 65 blanks. Perfect for new wood turners.
