Um, Reincarnated Zen

I guess I've been exploring eastern religion with this one. This was a request from a customer who saw the blank and had to have it.

This is a "reincarnated wood" blank from Wayne Ryan. On a black titanium zen kit. I'm not sure what the wood is, any input would e helpful.

Also, it was very challenging to get a picture that really shows what going on with this pen. So it's a pic of just the pen barrel really.

I used a ca finish.
