Turning a ball bearing yoyo?

Hi I'm wondering how to make a ball bearing yoyo on a lathe, if it's even possible. I'm brand new to turning so any help would be helpful! This is my first thread!

You need to search the IAP for member Ed Davison. His handle is YoYoSpin. Ed ACTUALLY DID write the book on yo yo making.

PSI has a ball-bearing yo-yo kit that isn't too bad to do. My problem is always getting the two halves the same.
