A while back, several people said they were going to start using Turners Magic as an alternative to CA. Now that some time has passed, are you still using it? Any problems? Would you recommend it?

I still use it on woods that are not CA friendly. It does not do quite the shine of CA and maybe not quite the durabilty but is by far the easiest alternative that I have found to be worth a darn. Hope that helps.

I'm in the process of doing a bog oak FP, I onlyn plan on a friction polish, so that the wood shows its stuff & feel
 
I will ask holmqer to take a few pics of the one I have been carrying for over a year now.
It is a fountain that I carry daily, and is still in great shape.
It was finished with the turner's magic.

Please do not expect the pic today however, give me a couple of days to do so

Thanks for your responses. I have used the TM on other projects, but not on a pen. I will use it next time. Looking forward to seeing the picture.
