Thanks Wayne - I've got to refurbish a couple sets of chimes this year and this will be a great resource. I'd love to build a set like the gigantic ones in the pdf cover picture, but the thought of having to take them down every time a hurricane threatens is making me ache and sweat just sitting here.

I bought a set before we left North Port and one by one the pipes started dropping off due to the sharp edges of the holes in the pipes. Thought about restringing them, but decided there was too much involved in it.

I liked the one picture where the chimes were on a tripod support. That looked like it would be easy to take down whenever needed.
