I finish all of my pens with ca/blo and then a thin coat of TSW wait 45 seconds and buff it out nicely. Lately I have noticed my pens made from Padauk and Purpleheart will show tiniest specs of white within the grain. I don't know if that is from the TSW. I put down a minimum of four ca/blo coats.

I recently finished 4 wine stops two with TSW and two without, my quality inspector (also my wife :)) could not tell the difference between the TSW stops and non-TSW. Is TSW worth the hefty price tag on these little containers??

Any feed back is greatly appreciated!!!

It's not any different from waxing your car. The wax is there to protect the paint from direct contact with the elements. You might not be able to see the difference when the paint is new. When you have waited long enough to see the difference, it will be too late to do anything about it.
