Trying to modify a slimline

A guy I know wants a decal pen. It is to big to shrink down for a slimline. He doesn't want anything big like a sierra. I was thinking if I could make the top barrel a little bigger? I don't know the name of that one pen that has the center band and tenon on it (designer?).. I am trying to use up my slimlines if I can with out getting another kit.

You are correct, the designer or euro has the larger cap end.
