Hi Guys,
I am getting frustrated and need some help. I placed an order from Heritance Nibs on the 6th of this month. For some reason it did an E-Check so it took a few days for the check to clear. Well the check cleared on the 11th of this month and i still have not received my order. Its been over 3 weeks since i placed the order and over 2 weeks since my check cleared. I have emailed Lou from his web site and i have emailed him on here. I have gotten no response. I cant find a # to call him and cant find any other way to contact this gentelman. Does it always take this long for others orders to show up? Any body know Lou personally and have contact with him? Please i am just looking for information on how to contact him to get the status of my order. If Lou reads this hopefully he will contact me.
Sorry for going about this this way but i have exhausted all other options that i know. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
