Trouble with a coffee bean blank

Tried turning one of these, high speed, light cuts. I stopped a few times and applied some ca glue to any cracks, holes in beans, etc. Blew one half apart, tried sanding the second half and that one chunked out at bushing.

Help please!

There are many YTs on how to do it. It will comedown to very sharp tools, light cuts, and high RPMs which you seem to have used. Some knock of the corners with a BS or sander. You can also use them for kits that have a thicker wall. You will get it.
