I just got mine from Turners Warehouse with a cap mandrel (which I will eventually upgrade to a custom mandrel from Rick). These seem to rarely be parted with and go fast when they are up for sale second hand. They also retain value so if you need it now, might as well buy new. Just my opinion and observations anyway. Good luck!

You can get them new from Beaufort Ink in the UK, likely a better solution for you since you are in Germany.

Rick Herrell - in the vendors area. Great guy - will customize one to your needs if that is your requirement.

The other turner I highly recommend that is selling Mandrels is Jim Hinze of Hinze pens. He is also the maker of the tenon cutter. Turners Warehouse sells his mandrels and cutter or you can buy direct.
