I just got mine from Turners Warehouse with a cap mandrel (which I will eventually upgrade to a custom mandrel from Rick). These seem to rarely be parted with and go fast when they are up for sale second hand. They also retain value so if you need it now, might as well buy new. Just my opinion and observations anyway. Good luck!

You can get them new from Beaufort Ink in the UK, likely a better solution for you since you are in Germany.
