In June, I'm going to be travelling in the USA, in MS, AL, NH, and ME. Specific cities are Biloxi, MS, Montgomery, AL, S. Portland, ME, Portsmouth, NH, and Manchester, NH.

I know there is a Rocklers in S. Portland, ME. Are there any other good word-working stores in those cities that I ought to visit while I'm there?

Thanks
Steve

Steve,

Coming south of the border eh? The Rockler in S. Portland is good and Molly the store manager is great. Woodcraft has the better selection of kits and wood. If you would like to try and grab a sandwhich while in the area, give a shout.

Steve,
How are you getting from NH to MS & AL.... if you're driving and swing west through East Tennessee... you might stop by Seymour, TN and go to Jeffries... great wood importer..
The building doesn't look like much, but great wood supply and choices.

Thanks to all who suggested tool/wood stores to visit -- I think I'll make it to them all.

My trip starts Tuesday in Biloxi -- it'll be interesting to see the effects of the spill. I've already discovered that it is nearly impossible to rent an SUV in the area -- they've nearly all been snapped up by the clean-up industry.

And thanks Tim for the offer to get together. I'll send you a PM when I know my travel plans for your area -- that'll likely be in the 3rd week of June.

Thanks
Steve
