Trade my 5/8" HSS Cutter stock

I have three 5/8" HSS Cutters (one new and two already ground, not by me) and one crazy looking Carbide that you can have. I would like to trade for some 1/2" HSS cutter stock. My tool holders cannot hold 5/8".

Can you use a surface grinder to make them 1/2"

I have two C/L ( Chicago / Latrobe ) 1/2 inch square HSS tool bits.

The catch is I don't need any large tool bits so would have to do something besides a trade for the ones you have.
